Our eSurveys, eRegistries and eNotes provide an integrated approach to capture patient input, provide comprehensive clinical documentation and manage clinical care according to national standards of care. Information entered within these modules is available throughout the system, thus eliminating the need to re-enter information that already exists for the patient and ensuring that key patient information is always available for review.
One of the key features of the system is that it is web-based. This allows providers and other clinical staff to access the system from outside of their offices anytime they need it whether it is from their home, a hospital, or even a patient’s home. The system also provides the ability for a patient’s online chart to be supplemented with scanned documents which could include lab and radiology results, referral documentation, advanced directives, eligibility information, and any other information relevant to the patient.
HEALTHeSTATE can be used by itself or in conjunction with existing systems such as patient registration, appointing, and laboratory systems. Our robust HL7 interface engine can be easily configured to interface with your existing systems to help minimize changes to your current processes and workflow.
